Around Traverse City, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across Michigan are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. A second opinion is normal for implants, jaw surgery and full-mouth reconstruction, and reputable specialists expect it.

Traverse City is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Traverse City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had one wisdom tooth removed at the Cadillac location. The process felt very rushed. I arrived quite early to fill out paperwork and the assistant tried to call me back before I finished filling everything out. Okay whatever. The surgeon and the team came into the room and started getting things ready. The surgeon didn’t introduce himself or explain anything about what was going to happen. Brought in stuff for the IV and I had to ask, β€œAre you starting and IV?” The surgeon did the IV and missed the first time. His second try hurt so bad and I’m usually okay with needles but he was digging around. I was immediately put to sleep. I didn’t remember being told I was going to be put to sleep or given a countdown or anything. The next thing I know I’m being literally dragged out of the room. The assistant put me in this waiting room for what felt like a second and then I was whisked off to my mom’s car. I couldn’t even walk so I was being held up by the assistant and my mom. Considering how much the procedure costs you’d think they would give you more time for the anesthesia to wear off. I could not recommend this place any less, and I work in healthcare so I know what proper care look

AMAZING! Doctor Dee and the staff was absolutely AMAZING! Went in just for an exam for my son to have one tooth removed, ended up getting the tooth removed and they also called my sons orthodontist to get his wire back on same day since we travel from an hour away! Staff was so friendly and just fun! Made my son feel so comfortable! Thank you from my the bottom of my heart! I’ll have your cookies soon for you all! - Salina and Bro

Dr Dee and his team, were fantastic with my 7yr old. She had to have several baby teeth removed to allow room for adult teeth. Dr Dee and his team did a great job of explaining what will happen, and to calm her as much as possible. She did really well with the sedation. Thank you for giving her the "royal" treatment! :)

Dr. Madion and staff have completed two surgeries for me, and I felt well taken care of both times. He and the Surgical Assistants prioritized my comfort with kindness and expertise. The reception and billing staff are also great. Would recommend to anyone needing surgical services.
